Nothing 🤣. Max started with us age 16 and has just completed the 2 year apprenticeship we advertised back in 2018. He’s 18 now and achieved a full-time / full salary / permanent contract working in our R&D team. He’s on the career ladder now with skills and confidence, who knows where it will take him in future?

Operations Director - Sophie

FULL TIME APPRENTICESHIP.

This is our second full time apprenticeship. The previous candidate has completed 24 months and has accepted a permanent full-time contract.

• Alongside your work, you’ll also receive training within our factory from Calderdale College trainers. Beyond the apprenticeship itself we’ll support candidates who want to develop extra skills / qualifications in maths, English or other core subjects.

You don’t need any particular qualifications (Maths and English can be included in the apprenticeship if you need help with them), but with a variety of tasks to complete, you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to embrace all aspects of the role with enthusiasm and grace.

Production Team Leader — Diane

ROLE:

• Inspecting and counting new stock
• Working within cloud database software
• Picking, packing & dispatch
• Batch, production line and job assembly using simple hand tools
• Reading and following procedures to assemble products.
• Maintaining excellent standards of workplace organisation
• Reporting to Production Team Leader (Diane)
